TTOS is founded by Yasir Saeed Kirmani who has spent almost two decades in one of the biggest professional accounting firm in Pakistan. Yasir, an experienced chartered accountant and a self- taught artist is driven by a passion to morph organization issues into story boards discovering the ‘Why’ behind issue, problem, goal, or objective to design custom made solutions.

Yasir has established and led the ESG compliance function of a leading FMCG company, which is believed to be one of the few Companies in Pakistan, to adopt most comprehensive reporting standard on ESG reporting and having it independently audited by an independent certification agency. ESG compliance function included assessing risk vis-à-vis UN’s sustainability development goals and aligning focus area in the sustainable business strategy of the company; leading cross functional teams in data gathering for ESG reporting, ESG report writing and engaging with auditors. As part of the company’s contribution towards the UN Sustainability Development Goals, Yasir led the company’s initiative to provide quality education facilities that supports lifelong learning environments for all. His team identified a school in an underdeveloped area and included it in their ESG program. This not only included supporting the school financially but also through one-to-one engagement with students through organized educational trainings and facilitation to teachers and the school staff. As part of this initiative and to also to promote the cause Yasir also directed a video detailing his team’s journey with the school.

The ESG team led by Yasir also took an initiative to empower women of local communities, specifically the less privileged segment of the society. These are stay-home women, who due to cultural values do not engage in activities outside their homes. Through a collaborative arrangement with a renowned vocational training institute 20 women from the local community were enrolled to learn skills to create socio-economic value.
